EPFO Member Login for Employees

• Select For Employees.

• Click on Member UAN/Online Service to open the EPFO Member e-Sewa Portal.

• Enter your UAN, password, and the captcha displayed on the screen.
• Click Sign In to continue.

EPFO Employer Login

EPFO employer login/EPF employer sign-in process includes these steps:

The general process is:

• Go to the official EPFO website and select ‘For Employers’ under the ‘Services’ section.

• On the new page, click ‘Online ECR/Challan Submission/OTCP’ under ‘Services’. You can also directly visit the EPF Unified Portal for Employers. Make sure you sign in through ‘Employer’s Sign In’ and not ‘Establishment Sign In’, or change the option shown below the sign-in tab.

• An employer can sign in with the username after successfully registering the establishment. Under the ‘Services’ section, select ‘Online Registration of Establishment’. Read the instructions and continue.

Employers can use the available portal facilities for services such as establishment-related work, electronic challans, contribution-related processes, and other EPFO compliance requirements.

EPFO Member Login via UMANG App

EPFO member services can also be accessed through the UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) app. It is a government platform that provides access to various services, including selected EPFO and PF-related facilities. To use EPFO services through UMANG, follow the steps below:

1. Download and install the UMANG App from the official Play Store or App Store.
2. Open the app and register or log in using your mobile number.
3. Complete the required verification and sign in using your MPIN or available epfo login method.
4. Go to the “All Services” section and search for EPFO.

How Can I Get My UAN?

The same UAN generally remains with you even when you change jobs, while your employment-related PF member accounts may change.

If you do not remember your UAN, you can use the Know Your UAN facility on the EPFO Member Portal.

Steps to Find Your UAN Online

1. Visit the official EPFO Member e-Sewa Portal.
2. Select the “Know Your UAN” option.
3. Enter your registered mobile number and the captcha displayed on the screen.
4. Click “Request OTP” and complete the mobile verification.
5. Enter the OTP when prompted.
6. Provide the requested details, such as your name, date of birth, Aadhaar, PAN, or member ID, as applicable.
7. Complete the verification process and select the option to view your UAN.

The information you enter should match your EPFO records. If there is a mismatch, you may not be able to retrieve the UAN through the online process.

How to Reset EPFO Login Password?

If you have forgotten your EPFO UAN Login password, you can reset it through the Forgot Password option available on the Member e-Sewa Portal.

Steps to Reset Your EPFO Password

1. Open the official EPFO Member e-Sewa Portal.
2. Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
3. Enter your UAN and the captcha code.
4. Submit the details to continue.
5. Follow the verification instructions displayed by EPFO.
6. Verify your identity using the required personal or account information.
7. An OTP may be sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
8. Enter the OTP received on your mobile.
9. After successful verification, create a new password.
10. Confirm the new password and submit the request.

Once the password has been successfully changed, you can use your UAN and new password for EPFO Member Login.
